In our impression, the temperature of hardware workshop is very high, even reach 40~45 degrees, sometimes even higher. Although some hardware factory installed high-powered workshop axial flow wind system machine or environmental ventilation system, the muggy and hot still can not be improved. Since the high-powered axial-flow ventilation system or environmental ventilation system can’t solve high temperature problem, according to the traditional mechanical ventilation system design principle to design, re-establishing path of air to make fresh air enter from clean zone and discharge dirty air into outdoor.

It has the same principle with the central air-conditioning, but central air-conditioning produced refrigerating capacity is far less than hardware needed refrigerating capacity, just a little bit cool in the outlet. One, The efficiency of axial fans is too low, and its speed only 2800rpm or 1400rpm with high energy consumption, high noise and low efficiency.
Two, There is no closed windows, this make exhausted gases returned again. The air is circular motion between fans and windows, so that the air of workshop can not be discharged. In this case, installing Antarctic negative pressure fans is a good choice, which can easily keep hardware factory ventilation and cooling.
